    Really good Hospitality and Care

    During my recent stay at Hotel Norman - Paris Champs-Elysees, my partner and I encountered a challenging situation due to the protests in Paris. The streets were closed and filled with tear gas and masked protestors, making it impossible for us to check in. the hotel staff were very good too accommodate us and ensure our safety. They immediately provided us with a safe refuge inside the hotel, great to dry off and recover from the ordeal. Their kindness and empathy were amazing.
